If your card is declined at PayPal

Our checkout runs through PayPal, and you can pay there by card without opening a PayPal account. Banks sometimes decline the first international payment to a supplier they have not seen before. If that happens, your bank will usually text or email you to confirm it — approve, then pay again, and it goes through. If it still will not, message Leilei on WhatsApp and we send you a PayPal payment link to pay by card directly, or a PayPal invoice if you need one for your books. Shipping & duties

We stock in Donghai, Jiangsu and ship worldwide by tracked express courier. Flat $20 per order, free on orders over $100. Delivery takes about 7–10 business days after dispatch — and there is nothing to pay when it arrives: import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no customs bill, no VAT invoice and no clearance fee at your door. The price you paid at checkout is the whole price.

A few countries (Switzerland, Norway) have no duty-prepaid channel. There we need your company VAT / tax ID to clear customs, and we still cover the charges — anything collected on delivery is refunded in full against the receipt.
