Shipping policy

Where we ship from. All orders ship from our facility in Guangdong, China by tracked worldwide express courier.

Rates. Flat USD $20 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD $200.

Delivery time. United States: 3 to 5 business days. International: 5 to 8 business days, after dispatch.

Dispatch. In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Made-to-order sizes are produced and dispatched in about 7 days; we confirm the timeline when you order.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes (DAP). Orders ship on a Delivered-At-Place basis: the buyer is the importer of record, and any import duties or taxes due on arrival are the buyer's responsibility.
