Shipping policy

Where we ship from. All orders ship from our facility in Guangdong, China by tracked worldwide express courier.

Rates. Flat USD $20 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD $200.

Delivery time. United States: typically 3 to 6 business days after dispatch (including customs clearance). International: 5 to 9 business days.

Dispatch. In-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment. Made-to-order sizes are produced and dispatched in about 7 days; we confirm the timeline when you order.

Tracking. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your order ships.

Duties and taxes — included (DDP). We ship Delivered Duty Paid: we prepay any import duties and taxes, so there are no surprise customs charges on delivery. The price you pay at checkout is the final price to your door.
