Shipping policy

Short answer: Every order ships by tracked express from Donghai, China for a flat USD $20, free on orders over $100, with import duties and taxes prepaid by us (DDP) — the price at checkout is the price to your door, whatever the order size. Most in-stock sizes ship within 24 hours; delivery takes about 10 business days after dispatch. Example: a $76 order costs $96 all-in and nothing on delivery; a $120 order costs $120.

Where we ship. Worldwide — every country available at checkout, with import duties and taxes prepaid by us (DDP) wherever a duty-paid channel exists. A few destinations have no duty-prepaid channel; there, anything collected on delivery is refunded in full against the receipt. Where we ship from. All orders ship from our facility in Donghai, Jiangsu, China by tracked worldwide express courier.

Rates. Flat USD $20 per order. Free shipping on orders over USD $100.

Dispatch. Most in-stock sizes ship within 24 hours of payment; a few specifications take up to 3 business days. Made-to-order sizes are produced and dispatched in about 7 days; we confirm the timeline with you when you order.

Delivery time. Delivery takes about 10 business days after dispatch.

Tracking — two stages. Your tracking number is emailed the moment we ship, but it will stay blank at first: the parcel only enters the courier's own system once it reaches your country. Until then, track the same number at track.jcex.com.

Duties and taxes — on us. Import duties and taxes are prepaid by us, so no customs bill, no VAT invoice and no clearance fee at your door. The price you paid at checkout is the whole price. A few countries (Switzerland, Norway) have no duty-prepaid channel. There we need your company VAT / tax ID to clear customs, and we still cover the charges — anything collected on delivery is refunded in full against the receipt.

EU & UK. Shipped DDP — VAT and the EU's €3 flat import duty on consignments under €150 (from July 2026) are prepaid by us; nothing is collected on delivery. Full details for European orders: moissanite melee to the EU, UK & Switzerland.
