Tennis bracelets

The standard tennis bracelet size. A 7-inch bracelet at 3 mm is 48–49 stones and about 5 ct in total; with 10–15% spares that is a 54-stone order, or five to six 1-ct bags. The stone count page has 6.5 and 7.5 inch figures and the riviera necklace counts.

Eternity bands

About 16 stones for a full eternity in a US 6 or 7, 17 in a US 8 — a bold band that reads as individual stones.

Three-stone and cluster work

At 3 mm (≈ 0.10 ct) a stone is large enough to stand on its own: cluster rings, five-stone bands and earring jackets are usually 3 mm and up. It is also the largest size we sell by the bag; above 3 mm see the round moissanite by the carat listing.

Setting notes at 3 mm

At 3 mm a 0.1 mm error is only 3%, but there are 48 of them in a row and every one is on display. Bracelet setters cut the seats for the row once, so the parcel has to be one size — ours is sorted to ±0.1 mm, packed as one lot, and filmed before it ships.
